A Biblical Foundation for Governance
“Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually. And God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues.”
— 1 Corinthians 12:27–28
The term administrations comes from the Greek word kubernēsis, meaning governance, wise counsel, strategic steering, and Spirit‑led oversight.
This gift is not merely organizational—it is a Holy Spirit–empowered ability to guide, align, and strengthen the Body of Christ.
The Gift of Governance works in partnership with the Five‑Fold Ministry. It supports apostles, prophets, pastors, teachers, and evangelists by helping bring clarity, structure, and direction to the mission God has given the church.
True governance is not a secular necessity but a spiritual endowment. Based on 1 Corinthians 12:28, 'governments' are set in the church by God Himself. This consultancy is rooted in the conviction that apostolic order is the essential wineskin for the new wine of global revival.
My Calling in the Gift of Governance
The Lord revealed this gift to me through 1 Corinthians 12, and He called me to serve His Body by helping ministries:
